ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 06.04.2015 passed in W.P.No. 9802 of 2015.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the Letter No.Ser 2(4)/47971/2011, dated 04.02.2021, to that effect.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has conceded the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
