O R D E R

[Order of the court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue Gayathri, has come up with this Petition seeking production of the detenue Gayathri and her two minor children.

Prima facie, it appears to be a case of elopement. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, even on the earlier occasion, the detenue Gayathri is said to have eloped with the same person, with whom she has eloped now. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. In view of the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. However, investigation shall go on, and, as and when the detenus are traced, they shall be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
