The appointment of the 3rd respondent as Noon Meal Organizer is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.The petitioner states that she participated in the process of selection for appointment to the post of Noon Meal Organizer. The petitioner claims that she is fully qualified and submitted all the relevant documents at the time of conduct of interview before the Selection Committee. When the petitioner 2/4
