Prayer :- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the Director of Agriculture, Chepauk, Chennai - 600 005 the First Respondent herein made in Anee P2/93936/2017 dated 08.11.2017 quash the same insofar as the Fourth Respondent is concerned (Serial No. 20), and forthwith direct the First Respondent herein to post the Petitioner in the office of the Third Respondent as Superintendent (Audit) with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a short time that may be fixed by this Court.
