..Respondents [Second respondent impleaded as per order of this Court dated 19.07.2017] This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order made by this Hon'ble High Court on 22/03/2016 in CRP.(NPD).No.666 of 2016.

O R D E R

In response to the directions of the order of this Court order dated 26.04.2019, the Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board has filed an additional affidavit, wherein, in paragraph Nos.2, 5 he has stated as follows: "2.I state that I have no intention to violate the order passed by this Hon'ble Court and I hereby tender my unconditional apology if this Hon'ble Court decides that any of the commission or omission of this respondent would amount to contempt."

"5.I humbly reiterate that I have no intention to violate the order passed by this Hon'ble Court and I hereby tender my unconditional apology if this Hon'ble Court decides that any of the commission or omission of this respondent would amount to contempt."

"The Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the respondents herein together with any interest that is accured till date lying to the credit of E.P.No.4 of 2004 on the file of the VI Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai. It is however made clear that this order is specific to the facts of the present case and shall not act as a precedent. "
