(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges that the area earmarked for common facilities is sought to be sold contrary to the approved layout plan to third parties and even sale deeds have been executed.

2. On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2015 be disposed of by respondent No.5 after notice to all concerned by a speaking order within a period of two months of the receipt of the order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
