Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to appoint the honest IAS Officer to monitor committee as per the order of this Honourable court passed in W.P.No. 24818 of 2015 dated 12.8.2015.

ORDER

(Order of the court was made by Dr.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) None for the petitioner is present. Learned Government Pleader has brought to our notice that after the order was passed by the co-ordinate Bench headed by Honourable Chief Justice on 12.8.2015, the Centralised Committee has been constituted on 8.10.2015 as noticed by the Division Bench again in its order dated 5.1.2017, which is placed on record.

2. In the present PIL petition, subsequently filed in this court on 28.4.2107, the petitioner has prayed that the court may appoint an honest IAS Officer to monitor the working of the said Centralised Committee.

3. In view of the fact that Centralised Committee has already been constituted, the aforesaid prayer made by the petitioner does not call for interference by this court at all, at this stage. There are no foundational facts in the present writ petition.
