This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to pass an order of exemption to surrender the petitioner before the lower Court in pursuant to the judgment, dated 12.09.2023 made in Crl.A.No.4 of 2022 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur in confirming the judgment of the trial Court dated 28.04.2022 in C.C.No.258 of 2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Perambalur. 2.Today, this Court suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16836 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1772 of 2023. In view of the same, the petitioner is exempted from surrendering before the Trial Court.
