This petition has been filed to extend the time to furnish the sureties and comply the conditions imposed by this Court by order dated 09.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19167 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to comply with the order due to poor health conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
