ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the statutory appeal dated 26.12.2022 filed by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner will be decided before 30.10.2024.

3. In the light of the said statement, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the

statutory appeal filed by the petitioner on or before 30.10.2024. The petitioner and the private respondents shall cooperate with the first respondent for disposal of the said appeal. There shall be no order as to costs.
