ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the application for Sub-division and patta in respect with the Survey No.27/2 having an extent of (One) 1 Acre out of 1.41 Acres situated at Su.Valavetti Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District by considering the petitioners application dated 27.11.2020 within a time frame limit as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner made an application on 27.11.2020 with a request for sub-division and patta transfer of the subject land which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 27.11.2020 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application to sub-divide and patta transfer of the lands comprised in Survey No.27/2 having an extent of (One) Acre out of 1.41 Acres situated at Su.Valavetti Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject on payment of requisite 2/4
fees, if not already paid.
