It appears that a final order has been passed by the respondent No. 2 on 25.11.2014 in Mu.Pa. 133/U/2012. Consequently, the petitioner was asked to pay a sum of Rs. 12,63,000/- by a notice dated 09.02.2015. on the ground that the original order dated 25.11.2014 has not been filed. The petitioner has come forward to file this present writ petition before this Court, alleging that the order dated 25.11.2014 has not been served on him.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the said notice has been served on the petitioner.
3. Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner being limited, this Court directs the respondent No. 2 to serve a copy of the order dated 25.11.2014 in Mu.Pa. 133/U/2012, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, so as to enable the petitioner to workout suitable remedy in the manner known to law.
