O.P.No.374 of 2017 P.VELMURUGAN.,J This Original Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act r/w Order XXV Rules 6 of Madras High Court Original Side Rules, by the petitioner, to grant Succession Certificate to the petitioner with power to collect the securities and to receive the interest and dividends thereon and to negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule.

2. This matter is pending for the past four years. Though sufficient opportunity was given by the learned Master, the petitioner has not taken effective steps to record evidence and the petitioner has not appeared before the learned Master. Hence, the matter was referred before this Court for further proceedings.
