O R D E R

Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the enquiry conducted on 31.01.2019 and post the petitioner as shop supervisor in shop No.3809.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as Supervisor in Retail Vending Shop in 2nd respondent corporation in the year 2003. Thereafter, he was transferred from shop No.3957 to shop No.3861 as additional supervisor. While the petitioner was in service as additional supervisor, he has made a representation to the respondents dated 26.09.2018 to classify him as a supervisor in shop No.3809. Hence this writ petition.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the reasonable time.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
