Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the relieving order of the 5th respondent by its Memo.No.AEE/O&M/ KMG/CI/F.RWE/D.NO.75/2019 dated :

03.07.2019 consequent to the relieving order 1st respondent has issued transfer order by its Memo No.041953/627/G42/G421/2019-1 dated 26.08.2019 and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to retain the petitioner at Kandamangalam Division in Villupuram Electricity Distribution Circle and further direct the 3rd respondent to disburse the salary from 03.07.2019 to till date in view of the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2019.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been retained in the Villupuram region and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition. 2.In view of the above, the relief sought for in the writ petition becomes infructuous. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is entitled to receive salary and the salary has to be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
