The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court directed the compensation amount to be paid on or before 17.04.2023. However, the order copy itself was received only on 26.04.2023. The learned counsel further submitted that the amount is ready and that the same will be deposited / paid within the time fixed by this Court.

2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to pay the compensation amount of Rs.1,50,000/- on or before 15.02.2024.

3. Post this case under the caption ''For Reporting Compliance'' on 16.02.2024.
