PRAYER: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, against the judgment and the decree of the Subordinate Judge's Court at Rasipuram, dated 16.09.2016 in A.S. No.28 of 2014 confirming the Judgment and Decree of the District Munsif Court at Rasipuram, dated 04.02.2014 in O.S. No.112 of 2012. 1/4

JUDGMENT

The matter is listed today under the caption "for Mediation Settled Cases"

2.The learned counsel for the plaintiffs and the learned counsel for the defendants are present. The parties were referred to the Mediation Centre attached to the Madras High Court by order dated 04.03.2024. The parties appeared in person and they have reached a Settlement Agreement on 23.04.2024 before the Mediation Centre and the original Settlement Agreement has been placed before me for approval. The appellants and the respondents have signed the said Settlement Agreement and it is countersigned by their respective counsel before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, on 23.04.2024. 2/4

3. The Settlement Agreement dated 23.04.2024, is taken on record and the same shall form part of the judgment. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is allowed in terms of the said Settlement Agreement. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
