By this application, the claimant before the Arbitral Tribunal seeks an extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 are present. They have no objection to the extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. In spite of service of notice, respondents 4 to 6 are not represented.
3. The parties before the Court state that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of examination of the respondents' witnesses.
