(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard the learned counsel for parties. In fact, the writ petition is really premature as the representation of the petitioner is only recent, on 09.02.2016 giving practically no time to the Corporation to respond.

2. Be that as it may, we would expect the Corporation to look into the representation of the petitioner aforesaid within one month from today and a decision be taken on the same after notice to all concerned.
