ORDER

This Petition has been filed to set aside the returned docket order dated 05.08.2025 passed by the Learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore and Consequently, direct XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore to number the present petition for mandatory Bail or pass any such further order.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that he has been charged under Sections 406, 420 & 506(ii). However, the final report has not been filed within 60 days. When application has been filed, the same has been returned on the ground that the case has been transferred to CCB.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that the FIR is now transferred to CCB on 05.08.2025 and the Court is also a Special Court which has jurisdiction.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall file necessary application before the Special Court which has jurisdiction. The application filed before the Special Court shall be decided on its merits and a reasoned order shall be passed.
