This petition has been filed to grant an ad interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the orders made in E.P.No.22 of 2011 in O.S.No.15 of 2008 on the file of II Additional District Court, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. When the delay condone petition is pending, the petition for interim stay is not at all maintainable.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
