ORDER

Heard the petitioner, Mr.C.Hariharan in person. The petitioner has been arrayed as respondent in D.V.C. No.28 of 2022 before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Additional Mahila Egmore, Chennai. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of D.V.C. No.28 of 2022 proceedings. The petitioner states that he is residing in Pune and after being put notice on 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

DVC, he has also filed a counter. He only seeks for earlier disposal of DVC Proceedings.

2. Considering the inconvenience being caused to the petitioner and in the light of the limited relief, notice to the respondent is hereby dispensed with.

3. Considering the petitioner/respondent is in the witness box, I hereby direct the learned learned Additional Mahila Judge, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai to expedite the DVC proceedings in D.V.C. No.28 of 2022 and dispose of the same within a period of two months, on merits and in accordance with law. The learned Additional Mahila Judge, shall not insist the physical presence of the petitioner.
