After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner / husband sought leave to withdraw the captioned CMP but made a request that all the rights of the petitioner may please be preserved for moving the Registry for listing under 'Senior Citizen' category. In the light of the aforementioned narrative, captioned CMP is disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the petitioner a) to move the Registry for listing under 'Senior Citizen' category, if permissible and if the petitioner is eligible and b) to come up with a similar CMP, if there is any change in circumstances. Captioned CMP disposed of as closed/withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
