2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

Though the schedule III and IV of the plaint schedule properties are situated out side the jurisdiction of this Court, as the defendants are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court and some of the suit schedule properties are within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
