ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents forthwith to release the amounts placed on hold in the petitioner's Bank accounts Bearing Account numbers i) 430927150 maintained with the Indian Bank, the 7th respondent, ii) 30051810514 maintained with the State Bank of India, the 8th respondent, iii) 0777102000017046 maintained with the IDBI Bank, the 9th respondent so as to enable the petitioner to withdraw the same and release the hold placed on the bank account maintained with the State Bank of India, the 8th respondent.

2. The petitioner is holding accounts with the respondents 7 to 9 herein. While being so, on instructions from the respondents 1 to 6 and also National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (NCRP) received so many complaints from the victim and instructed, the respondents 7 to 9 to freeze the account of the petitioner. The fourth respondent also filed status report before this Court and it

revealed that they received several complaints from National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (NCRP) and are pending for investigation.

3. In view of the above, though the disputed amount is meager, while pending investigation the prayer sought for in this writ petition to defreeze the petitioner's account cannot be considered.
