By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 28.12.2015 given by the petitioner. 3.The petitioner would state that the property bearing S.No.121 in Unnamalaichettichavadi, Nathapattu Panchayat, Cuddalore Taluk, Cuddalore District is classified as poramboke property and he is residing in 2 cents for the past more than 40 years and raised a superstructure and that he has been provided with ration card, voter identity care, electriciry service connection, gas connection and aadhar card in that address. S.No.121 is a larger extent occupied by more than 23 persons and many of them are in possession of their respective extent only for shorter periods. He would further state that now the property has been sub-divided and the extent occupied by the petitioner is sub-divided as S.No.121/1 and except the petitioner all the other persons have been issued with patta. Hence, the petitioner made representation dated 28.12.2015. Though the said representation was acknowledged, till date the said representation has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

4.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate. 5.Considering the submissions made on either side and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to give a copy of the representation dated 28.12.2015 along with a copy of this order to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents on receipt of the same is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
