(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition, as he states that he will move the concerned authorities with whatever the plan he has albeit issued by the Town Panchayat on 19.04.2006, the validity which was for a period of three years. Endorsement has been made.
