Assignment agreement dated 31.10.2019, finance agreement dated 23.02.2018 and letters have all been executed at the office of the plaintiff, which is within the jurisdiction of this Court. Since the defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court and substantial part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application is filed and accordingly, leave is granted.
