The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.07.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 77, 79, 351(3) of BNS, G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

Crl.O.P.No.22565 of 2025 rpl 2023, Section 354-C, 509, 506(2) and Section 67, 67A of IT Act, 2000, in Crime No.301 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the petitioner has been detained under the Act 14 of 1982 branding him as a "Cyber Class Offender".

3. In view of the detention order, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
