Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from constructing an Auditorium in S.No.659/2 inside the Village Administrative Officer's (VAO) Compound, in the Komaralingam East Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District, thereby obstructing the access to the VAO office by the public and also to ensure free space for the villagers boarding the buses that stop in front of the VAO Office Compound in the bus stop/terminus.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the matter administratively alone.

2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently, WMP.Nos.4646 and 4647 of 2016 are closed.
