This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case registered in Crime No.25 of 2023 on the file of second the respondent and file the final report as required under section 190 of BNSS 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that the case in Crime No.25 of 2023 has already been closed as 'undetected'. Subsequently, on 11.08.2025, in the above case, further investigation has been Ordered in Crl.M.P.No.726 of 2025 and the case has been posted for filing further investigation report on 24.10.2025.
