This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for petitioners/respondents 3 and 4 in the S.A.No.119 of 2013, which was disposed of on 27.04.2023 would submit that in the above Second Appeal, while impleading respondents 3 and 4 in C.M.P.Nos.5966, 5967 & 5968 of 2019, the name of 3rd respondent was wrongly mentioned as "Rasathi" instead of "Rasammal". The said petitions were ordered on 01.04.2019, thereby respondents 3 and 4 got impleaded in the above appeal. Hence, he filed the present petition to change the 3rd respondent's name as Rasammal and the same may be carried out in the cause title of C.M.P. as well as in the judgment passed in the above Second Appeal.

4. The learned counsel for respondents appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

5. Heard the contentions of learned counsel for petitioner and perused the order.

6. Considering his submissions, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to change the name of 2nd petitioner in C.M.P.No.5966 of 2019 and 3rd respondent in the judgment of the above Second Appeal No.119 of 2013 as "Rasammal" and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.
