These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 7 herein as legal representatives of deceased 3rd respondent in both the above Review Applications respectively.
2. Mr.M.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for revision petitioner submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, the 3rd respondent died on 21.10.2022. Hence, she filed the above petitions to implead her legal heirs and prayed to allow the same.
3. Mr.Kandhan Doraisami, learned counsel appearing for the respondents appeared and stated that he has no objection in allowing these petitions.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, these petitions are allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 3rd respondent are impleaded as respondents 3 to 7 in both the above Review Applications respectively.
5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of both the Review Applications respectively.
