This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 17.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24617 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to issue notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and after giving them

opportunity of hearing pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks, on payment of requisite fees, on the application submitted by the petitioner to survey his land. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent passed order and surveyed the subject land belonging to the petitioner on 07.02.2023, thereby complied the order passed by this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. The respondent is directed to serve copy of the report, if any, to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
