These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the application to set aside abatement of the first appeal as against the deceased appellant Thirunavukkarasu; to set aside the abatement of the first appeal as against the deceased appellant Thirunavukkarasu; and to bring the surviving legal heirs viz., the appellants 1 to 3 of the deceased sole appellant, namely, Thirunavukkarasu, who died on 21.03.2024 in A.S.No.177 of 2019.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed.
