Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act praying to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience committed by them on the directions given by this Hon'ble Court in its order dated 21.02.2019 made in Crl.O.P.No.4743 of 2019.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the disobedience committed by them on the directions given by this Court in order dated 21.02.2019 made in Crl.O.P.No.4743 of 2019.

2. This Court has directed the respondents 2 to 5 to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent in M.C.02/2018/C dated 27.09.2018 and also file a final report within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. As directed by this Court, now the third respondent complied the order passed by this Court on 21.02.2019.

3. Recording the said submission, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
