This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) in Crl.OP.No.17748 of 2025 order dated 27.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(b) in Crl.OP.No.17748 of 2025 dated 27.06.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
