Mr.P.V.Balasubramaniam, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.D.Ferdinand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the E.P. against which this revision has been filed, i.e. E.P.No.40 of 2019 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee came to be dismissed on 07.04.2022. Consequently, there is nothing to be adjudicated in this revision. 2.This civil revision petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to restore the civil revision petition, if the E.P. is restored. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
