ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 01.11.2014 on merits and within a stipulated time.

2. The petitioner has given a representation dated 01.11.2014 seeking for the benefit as had been extended to the juniors and to rectify the same.

3. Mr. L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the representation was given on 01.11.2014, the respondents have not considered the same so far.

4. Mr. S.Gunasekaran, the learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the respondents have not received the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2014.

5. In these circumstances, I direct the petitioner to submit one more copy of the representation dated 01.11.2014 to the respondents within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter.

6. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
