M/s.K.M.Vijayan Associates COMMON ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Writ Petition has been filed against the commencement of the fourth respondent - College. Now, the entire commencement process is over and the College is functioning, therefore, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent acceded the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents.
