O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the Docket Order passed by the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, dated 24.07.2025, which is reads as follows:- "Petitioner absent. Call along with op 1239/20 call on 5.8.25. Memo filed enclosing the legal opinion of US Immigration Attorney."

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the date of hearing the petitioner was present before the Court through Video Conference. However, it was wrongly noted in the order as if, the petitioner was not present.

3. The recordings made by the Judicial Officer is presumed to be correct. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the recordings of the Court, then the proper remedy for him is to file appropriate application before the concerned Court seeking to recall the order. The petitioner is not entitled to challenge 2/4

the order before the Higher Forum, in view of the law settled by the Apex Court in State of Maharashtra Vs. Ramdas Srinivas Nayak reported in 1982 (2) SCC 463 and the Division Bench of this Court in The Director, Sri Mookambika Institue of Medical Science Vs. Balasundar Raj reported in MANU/TN/0120/2013. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this civil revision petition.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.12.2025 Index : Yes / No Speaking order : Yes / No : Yes / No dm To The V Additional Family Court, Chennai.
