This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the respondent police to some other investigating agency in Crime No.3317 of 2012, on the fle of the Inspector of Police, J-8, Neelangarai Police Station, Chennai - 600 115.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry has been conducted in Crime No. 3317 of 2012 and the same was closed as 'action dropped' on 07.07.2018. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
