ORDER
The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to allot a B.V.Sc & A.H. Seat to the petitioner's daughter Amudhamozhi by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2024 in accordance with law.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's daughter Amudhamozhi is a physically challenged girl and she completed her +2 examination and applied for B.V.Sc. & A.H. And call letter for counselling issued on 29.08.2024. She attend
counselling on 04.09.2024, however, she was not selected in the counselling as she obtained 12th rank in differently abled quota, for which, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent to allot a seat for his daughter for the course of B.V.Sc. & A.H. course and the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent, notice to them is dispensed with.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2024 and pass orders if she is legally entitled within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
