This contempt petition has been preferred seeking to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order of this Court dated 18.06.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.15644 of 2018.

2. On 18.06.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.15644 of 2018, this Court had issued the following directions:
"3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.384 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. With the above direction, this petition is closed."
3. On 03.02.2020, this Court passed the following order: "Today, Mr.R.Nanjil Kumar, Inspector of Police, Mangalamedu Police Station, Perambalur, is present before this Court.
2. It is seen that investigation in Crime No.384 of 2017 has been completed as early as on 30.07.2017 and has been closed as "mistake of facts", but the same has not been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate, after notice to the de facto complainant.
3. Therefore, the Inspector of Police, Mangalamedu Police Station, Perambalur, is directed serve notice on the de facto complainant and file the closure report before the jurisdictional Magistrate and report to this Court on 07.02.2020. Post the matter on 07.02.2020, under the caption "For reporting compliance".
4. Today, R.Nanjil Kumar, Inspector of Police, Mangalamedu Police Station, Perambalur, is present before this Court.
6. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) 2/3
submitted that the closure report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Perambalur and submitted a copy of the Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) notice.
