This is a petition to condone the delay of 146 days in filing the above appeal against the decree and judgment dated 04.12.2018 passed in MCOP No.4000 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Special Sub Court), Cuddalore.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
