ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2023 seeking sanction of her husband's pension and retirement benefits with interest, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2023, on its own merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
