ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The matter is covered by the order dated 28.9.2016 passed in W.P.No.3995 of 2016 (C.Krishnan and others v. The District Collector, Chennai and others), inasmuch as it also deals with areas near Adyar River, which have been encroached upon. Rehabilitation has been offered to the inhabitants so that they not rendered homeless.
