2. It is the case of the petitioner that she was expunged from signing in the cheques in the capacity as Vice President. Challenging the said order of cancellation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the counsel for the respondent that the tenure of the petitioner came to be ended in the year 2006 itself. Hence nothing further survives for adjudication.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, as no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition, the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
