C O M M O N O R D E R M/s.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader (Land Acquisition) appearing for the Appellants in all cases submits that there is a delay of 560 days in representing the Appeal Memorandum.
2. From the records, it is seen that it is an Appeal against land acquisition proceedings before the learned Special Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram. The matter is related to representation of the Appeal Memorandum.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents is present in Court and they have no objection for allowing these petitions.
4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filing in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. 5/9
