4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 19 days in filing the above cross objection is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the main Cross Objection, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission along with C.M.A.No.1345 of 2023.

Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.P.Sankaranarayanan, learned counsel for first respondent at the time of admission.
